How do I get credits to use on my site from Mammoth-Surfer?
Getting credits is simple. Upon sign-up you will receive 1000 credits for FREE! Surfing for credits is easy. All you have to do is click on surf4credits options inside the members area and follow the instructions and you will start earning credits, which you can then use to advertise your site(s)!

Can I get a virus from surfing your site?
You acknowledge that our Services are provided "as is". Mammoth-Surfer cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do check all sites when added for viruses and will do our best to ensure safe and trouble free services.

Why doesn't my counter show my hits?
We give no Guarantee that your site views will actually create a HIT upon your web site counter. There are several reasons why your counter may not actually record a hit. One of the main reasons for this happening is your web page takes longer to open than it takes for the next website to show.

Why can't I surf on before 18 seconds have passed?
We say you need to wait at least 18 seconds on each site to make it fair. When a member uses their credits on their sites, they expect real hits - not just a half loaded page. Don't moan though - most other sites require your waiting at least 20 seconds or more!!

What sort of pages can I advertise on Mammoth-Surfer?
We don't allow any pages that contain pornography, warez, hate speech or anything that we deem bad. We suggest advertising your own homepage, a sponsors site or a referral link. We check all links you submit so don't think you can sneak one in. Sites are continually being check even when we have approved them to make sure nothing has been added after to the site to break our rules.

How come some people have lots of referrals and I have none?
Some people advertise Mammoth-Surfer on other traffic exchange websites to get referrals, some put links on their own websites, or they just have a lot of friends! Try spreading the word through the web and give everyone your referral link found in the members area.

Do you have any new features coming soon?
We are constantly updating our program and new features are being added frequently.

Why delete accounts after 0 days?
We feel that if an account is opened then the person who opens the account should use it. If 0 days go by and the account isn't used then we do not understand why the account was opened. Once 0 days have passed and the account was inactive for a total of 0 days we believe this account should be closed, which is what happens to inactive accounts. This also keeps the system clean from urls not being active and makes the system better for the members who do use it.

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account login to your account and click on delete account. You will then be taken to another page where you enter your password then submit and your account is removed.

What happened to my downline?
If a member is in your topline and they have a downline these members also move into your downline. If member in your top level removes their account or the system removes them for being inactive, then also the downline will nolonger show in your referral levels.

Why have I received an email saying I have a new referral and they do not show in my referral list?
When new members join once they have activated their account they will show on your referral list.

How do I send an email to my downline?
When a new member joins they have the option whether or not to receive email from their Upline. If they have agreed to receive email from their Upline, you can contact them by clicking on the Email/check referrals link in the left NavBar. If they have opted out of receiving uPline email, then you cannot contact them through this system.

Why should I logout of my account?
By logging out of your account closes your session and is good for security on your account.

Why have I been given warnings on my account?
When adding sites admin checks them all, if a site is checked and breaks our rules the members account is automatically given 1 warning and sent an email. If 3 sites are added together by 1 member and they all break the rules this member will get 3 warnings at which point their account will be suspended.

Why can't I cash out?
Any member who receives a warning to their account for breaking our rules will not be able to cash out. Why should we pay a member who breaks our rules? Well the answer is we will not pay any members who break our rules. When a member adds a site they select a box everytime saying they have read the rules and agree to them. They also agree they have tested their site and it doesn't break the rules in anyway. Members can have warnings removed from their account by contacting us and using cash on their account or making a payment to us of $ per warning to have them removed.

Why have I now been been limited to adding site?
Any member who receives warning(s) to their account for breaking our rules with sites added will be automatically reduced by site(s) added onto their account. We believe if a member adds 1 site to break our rules then the chances are they will add more sites to break our rules. By accounts getting sites reduced by site(s) this will help to stop members keep adding sites to break our rules.

How do I fund my account and why?
Click on the link Fund Your Account on main login page and you will be taken to the page to add funds to your account. Funding your account enables you to be able to fund your paid to click campaign if you want to pay members to visit your sites.

How do I spend and earn on my account and why?
Click on the link Spend And Earn on main login page and you will be taken to the page to spend on your account. Spending on your account means you will get paid 1% or 1% every day on your spend for viewing 250 or 100 sites per day depending upon whether your account is FREE or UPGRADED. You can request your spend profit after 60 days and your spend will expire after 100 days.
